A Positive Disruption leadership program designed by the Caribbean Girls Collective allows adolescent girls to challenge the negative connotation of the word “disruption” by emphasizing ways in which they can be determined, resilient, and purposeful in influencing change in themselves and their communities. This 12-week curriculum focuses on key areas, including Self-Awareness, Self Confidence, Girls’ Rights and Responsibilities, Girl Leadership and Influence, and Positive Disruption.
A graduate of the Caribbean Girls Collective DisrupHER Programme is an effective communicator, emotionally intelligent, creative, innovative, bold, brave, self-regulated, and a data-driven decision maker and problem solver.
